Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office/Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct account reconciliation tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, and government filings
  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis to maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare journal entries, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing procedures
