The individuals served by Avalon have many challenges including mental illness substance use disorders and chronic medical conditions alongside a history of chronic homelessness

- Maintain safety security of residents by monitoring general access areas enforcing program rules
- Intervene crises respond emergencies initiate action required including contact emergency response systems
- Coordinate services tenants contact outside service providers necessary
- Work cooperatively with other staff onsite visiting service providers refer tenants clinical staff necessary/li>
- Initiate maintenance requests li Attend staff meetings retreats professional training sessions li Supplemental Job Duties Depending on location RSS staff assist tenants activities daily living meal preparation medication shopping/or hands-on assistance/p>
