Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sioux Falls, SD, for a Production Supervisor. The candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met within the facility. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, managing schedules, monitoring workflow, and addressing any operational challenges.
The Production Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and meeting production targets.
QualificationsExperience in supervising manufacturing or production operations and the ability to oversee workflow and team performance
Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment
Effective leadership skills including staff management, team motivation, and conflict resolution
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
Experience with production systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Relevant experience in a food production or manufacturing setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
