- Produce contract documents conforming to building codes and zoning regulations.
- Work with engineering consultants.
- Check shop drawings.
- Conduct site visits.
- Assist the Project Leader as needed.
- Good working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes.
- Good understanding and knowledge of building systems and site requirements such as Structural, MEP, Civil, and Geo-Tech.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and conscientious.
- Able to work well with minimal direction and supervision.
- Proficient in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
- A minimum of 2 years of construction experience or a combination of 4 years of experience in commercial retail/mixed-use or multi-family housing projects is required.
- Licensure in architecture is preferred.
