    The Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support key initiatives around creating new leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting revenue growth. This individual will support the Head of Demand Marketing in coordinating events, gathering and synthesizing marketing analytics, maintaining the contact database, and deploying email, social, web, and other content. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with data and analysis, and able to act independently when following routine processes.

    This is a Contractor position (estimated 10 hours per week).

    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

    • Provide project management support for events sponsored by the Marketing team, including tracking deadlines for registration and abstract submissions, ordering booth needs (e.g., furniture, A/V, graphics), printing and shipping event materials, and supporting lead upload into the contact database.
    • Manage the contact database in Hubspot, including regular hygiene (e.g., removing spam, unqualified leads, data enrichment). Upload and assign contact imports as needed.
    • Create and maintain a monthly dashboard that consolidates performance metrics and learnings across all marketing channels, including social, email, events, thought leadership, and website. Synthesize data and provide learnings.
    • Build, schedule, and launch pre-drafted emails and social posts in Hubspot.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including 1+ years in a marketing operations/analytics role.
    • Familiarity with demand generation channels/tactics and HubSpot experience (preferred).
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Marketing or content marketing-related certification (preferred).

    The US base hiring range for this contract position is $60/hour-$70/hour + benefits through the contracting agency. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
