    Description

    Kelly Services is actively searching for a Project Coordinator - Facilities for a long term (1+ year) assignment working onsite with one of our global clients located in Athens, Georgia.

    Pay rate: $50/hour + benefits

    Responsibilities: Effectively manage and integrate project schedules with cost control processes, ensuring that financial and timeline objectives are met with high accuracy and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, incorporating engineering, procurement, construction, and IT automation tasks.
    • Align project schedules with cost estimates and accounting practices to ensure seamless cost and schedule management integration.
    • Provide detailed analysis and review of project estimates, scope definitions, and financial forecasts.
    • Performance Evaluation and Risk Management: Evaluate contractor and subcontractor performance, focusing on adherence to cost control measures and schedule commitments.
    • Identify critical and near-critical paths in project schedules; develop mitigation plans to handle potential delays.
    • Analyze change orders, validate subcontractor claims, and review cost trends to manage project financial health.
    • Reporting and Compliance: Update and report to management on project status regularly, highlighting key accomplishments, critical issues, and areas of concern.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and commercial conditions, particularly during payment application processes.
    • Monitor project contingency budgets, cash flow, and safety statistics against the project plan.
    • Stakeholder Management: Attend strategic meetings throughout the project lifecycle, providing crucial scheduling and cost management inputs.
    • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared.
    • Documentation and Tools Maintenance: Maintain essential project management tools and documents, such as the 21-Tab / ESR, to reflect the status against funding authorization and target schedules.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree Required
    • 5 + years of experience required.
