    Job title: Records Manager

    Description

    Job Summary:

    The position is located in the Clerk's office and reports to the Supervisor - Courtroom Operations. The Records Manager is responsible for maintaining, distributing and tracking various case records filed with the court. This role acts as a liaison between District Court clerks' offices and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include retrieving files, transcripts, exhibits and record material; making copies of records; corresponding with district courts to obtain record material; logging sealed records; entering receipt of all records in CM/ECF.


    This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication. A high degree of understanding of court filing systems is essential.
