THE POSITION
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is hiring a Soft IP & Entertainment Litigation Associate to join their growing Intellectual Property group. This group defend clients' IP rights across a variety of industries including entertainment, hospitality, fashion and commerce. The firm's entertainment group is an entrepreneurial bunch and women-led. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group in LA.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation experience. Associates will have substantive experience drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and working on cases from inception through trial. While this position is tied to the firm's LA office, the attorney may have the ability to work fully-remote.
