Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals.
Provide therapy services to address articulation, phonology, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social communication skills.
Collaborate closely with experienced SLPs, teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support students' communication needs.
Monitor students' progress, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to intervention plan adjustments.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Completion or nearing completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Eligibility for Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Strong passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Dedication to ongoing professional growth and learning.
