The Montgomery Allstate Agency is looking for Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Producers who excel at building relationships and helping clients protect their homes, autos, lives, and retirement income with personalized insurance solutions.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed P&C professionals (MI State License REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in commissioned sales with a strong work history & performance track record
- Outgoing personality – you \"never meet a stranger\"
- Results-driven & coachable – open to daily mentoring & feedback
- Passionate about helping people protect what matters most
- Strong prospecting & networking skills – ability to generate and close leads
Responsibilities
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls & network to generate new business
- Develop referral partnerships with local professionals
- Assess client needs & recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Educate potential clients on the importance of proper coverage
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
