    Position SummaryThe Private Equity Analyst is responsible for creating and performing real estate financial and market analysis for the Companys real estate acquisition, development, and investment activities.

    This position will create pro formas, collect and analyze due diligence information, marketing analysis, draft investment update reports, and other related duties.

    Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

    Performs Budget, Economic, and Proforma return underwritingPerforms credit analysis on existing and potential tenantsAssists with scenario and sensitivity analysis of development projectsAssists in creating financing packages in order to procure financing on Ownership portfolioReviews project team feasibility reports and prepares capital markets sectionReviews and compares lender proposalsAssists with required due diligence steps necessary to close financingNew Business PursuitsPrepares and coordinates RFP responses and marketing presentationsAssists with and prepares Investment Committee Reporting, including the following:

    Projects under developmentMonthly leasing and budget reportsPrepares presentation for management alerting them to any budget issuesProposed deals Investment PackageResearches specific real estate markets to assess market demand, potential for demand and rate growth, competitiveness of comparable properties, and risk potential.

    Assembles and assists with complex financial models that identify the potential financial performance of an asset or portfolio.

    Reviews and assists with loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and ancillary documents related to the closing of a transactionOperations and Investor Relations Assists with preparation of annual meeting materials and related filesReviews and assists with responses to investor requests, including asset- and portfolio-level analysesAssists with quarterly and annual valuation and reporting processesOther duties as assigned by the Firms professionalsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform this job successfully.

    Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    Ability to analyze and interpret information with strong research capabilities.
    Strong personal motivation and attention to detail.
    Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload.
