    Description

    Full-Time:
    Lunch and Dinner 11:30am-8:30pm
    $20-$22 per hour based on professional culinary experience.
    LOTS of growth opportunity in a stable & beautiful work environment.

    As a Cook, you are responsible for the proper preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes. You will ensure excellence, quality, temperature, and presentation of food. You will safely and efficiently boil, braise, roast, fry, steam, grill, and bake food as needed.

    Reata Glen is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a variety of villas and apartment homes to hundreds of residents.

    Full services are provided, including restaurant dining, housekeeping and laundry, maintenance services, transportation, fitness classes, wellness programs, and numerous activities.

    Minimum 3 years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining.
    Preferred health care food & beverage experience.
    Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
