SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organizing of our engineering shop. You will play a critical role in the assembly, maintenance, and improvement of our subsea robotic systems.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients' underwater missions.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee the assembly, integration, and testing of subsea robotic systems.

Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on existing equipment.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement design improvements.

Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Manage inventory and procurement of necessary materials and components.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with subsea robotic systems.

Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge as needed
