    What you will do:
    Leadby example and ensurethe Pediatrics Plus culture is reinforced in all decision- making for the site therapy and ABA programs

    Leadand holdteam members accountable for following all company policies, regulatory boards, licensing and funding source requirements

    Leadand overseeteam leader positions, coordinator position(s), administrative assistant, therapists, BCBAs and BT/RBTs

    Responsible for caseload management, ABA schedule and overall efficiency of programs at site

    Conduct1:1 meetings and performance reviews with team members as set by leadership

    Communicatehiring needs to talent in a proactive manner

    Assistrecruiting with events and presentations

    Hireteam members for the ABA, therapy and administrative support staff team that are in alignment with the culture, vision, and values of Pediatrics Plus

    Engageand contributeto strategic and streamline planning for the therapy team during collaborative meetings

    Attendand be an active participant in weekly director meetings and leadership meetings

    Problem solveneeds and strengths of the site and discerns specific information to be communicated to supervisor in a timely and professional manner

    Createand manageall aspects of the site therapy budget including revenue, expenses, payroll

    Anticipateand planfor needed changes based on trends, regulations and data analytics.

    Assistwith marketing events as needed and/or requested


    What you have:
    Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.

    Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.

    Knowledge of various funding source guidelines.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    Basic computer skills which includes a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of organization.

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.


    Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification, evaluation, contract negotiations, and coordination with management and internal departments.

    Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive and positive manner.

    Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations.

    In-depth knowledge of operational, clinical and referral development systems.

    Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy procedure manuals.


    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, physicians, clients, customers, field clinicians, and the public.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's degree

    Preference of a Master's degree in a therapy/ABA related field

    Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related field

    Minimum of three (3) years broad clinical experience is preferred.


    Physical Demands:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle, lift, feel, and reach. The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    The employee is required to maintain regular and punctual attendance. The employee is required to complete tasks in a timely manner.
