    Summary

    The Customer Success Manager serves as the main point of contact for outside sales partners, supporting the day-to-day development of sales regions. They possess an in-depth understanding of customer needs and communicate common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams.

    This role requires addressing customers' needs and concerns promptly, developing strong relationships, and resolving cases effectively.

    Essential Duties

    • Conduct daily check-ins with outside sales partners.
    • Support scheduling meetings, demonstrations, and other activities with existing and potential customers.
    • Identify opportunities to encourage customer growth and increase revenue conversion.
    • Review sales pipelines and opportunities bi-monthly.
    • Develop new and existing relationships across the customer base.
    • Engage with predefined client segments, delivering tailored reports and project planning support.
    • Provide updates on customer perspectives and strategic insights to internal partners.
    • Manage customer inquiries via phone, cases, and email.
    • Own the order lifecycle, from accurate entry to delivery updates and invoice receipt.
    • Create pricing and availability quotes, ensuring timely information and updates.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate matters with urgency.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to address client issues.
    • Foster familiarity with product applications at an intermediate level.
    • Scale up or down to support team members as needed.
    • Cross-train Customer Service team members on client bases.
    • Attend assigned training sessions.
    • Attend in-person client meetings as required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Minimum 5 years of senior-level customer service experience.
    • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
    • Microsoft Office applications expertise, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, with strategic presentation abilities.
    • Bi-Lingual preferred.
    • Detail-oriented, with high-quality work and a sense of urgency.
    • Ability to adapt to change.
    • Customer focus, empathy, friendly demeanor, and positive energy.
    • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills under pressure.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment.
    • High emotional intelligence in the workplace.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

    Travel

    • OCCASIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
