Job summary
This is a part-time role working onsite at our Poway CA facility. The Administrative Assistant provides support and coordination within the HR team as well as general office coordination and administrative support for the organization. This individual is responsible for all front desk duties including performing routine clerical support shipping mailing sorting mail distributing information answering phone calls ordering breakroom items ensuring daily stocking of food and beverages in the breakroom planning multiple company events throughout the year managing various HR programs assisting multiple departments with general admin activities ensuring compliance safety of all activities.Responsibilities
