    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Business Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting data-driven decision making.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to the manufacturing and supply chain of railing systems.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
    Collaborate with the operations team to optimize inventory management, production scheduling, and workflow.
    Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
    Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
    Generate regular reports detailing production metrics, inventory levels, and shipment/delivery schedules.
    Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate operational data into the company's central database.
    Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
    Assist in forecasting and capacity planning based on data trends.
    REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the railing or manufacturing industry.

    Proficient in data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software like Tableau or PowerBI.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

    Adept at report writing and presenting findings.
    Familiarity with the challenges and nuances of the railing or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
