    Seeking a part-time medical assistant for a specialized concierge level medical practice located in Gilbert, AZ. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to join our energetic and engaging team.

    As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome patients
    • Rooming patients
    • Triage patient needs
    • Assisting with procedures as needed
    • Experience with EKG and blood draws
    • Prepares patients for consultation/examination by completing intake, verifying patient information, recording medical history, confirming purpose of visit, measuring vitals.
    • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
    • Preparation for patient appointments, including confirmation calls, chart prep, requesting records, forms, etc.
    • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

    Skills

    • Proven working experience as a medical assistant & phlebotomist
    • Proficiency in electronic health records and Email
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Medical Assistant Certification

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
