- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's objectives and catapult both brands into the spotlight.
- Lead and oversee the operations of various departments including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more to ensure operational excellence.

- Drive innovation in product development while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and our brand promises.
- Monitor financial performance, budget management, and cost control measures to achieve fiscal health and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to expand market reach and fortify supplier networks.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the nutritional supplement industry, specifically in either sports performance or children's nutrition products.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven track record in overseeing R&D, marketing strategies, and supply chain logistics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization and its external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- This position requires working on-site at our Lehi, UT office.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned General Manager with a robust background in the nutritional supplement industry.
