Freight Conductor - Nashville - CSX

Description

At CSX, a Freight Conductor plays a vital role in safely coordinating train crews on freight trains.

The key responsibilities include:

• Placing rail cars for loading and unloading
• Making up or breaking down trains in rail yards or customer facilities

New conductors will receive retention bonuses after one and two years of service. Eligibility is based on work location and subject to direct hire agreement terms.

To qualify for this role, applicants must pass background checks, medical exams, and drug tests (hair follicle and urine).
