    Job Summary


    • \tCleans and restores building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water.
    General Accountabilities


    • \tCleans and deodorizes walls, floors, and building contents.
    • \tPacks and stores contents as required.
    • \tRemoves and disposes of non-salvageable materials.
    • \tExtracts water and moisture from buildings using commercial equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
    • \tPerforms light demolition and repair work as required.
    • \tCleans, repairs, and restores carpet and upholstery.
    • \tCleans and maintains equipment and vehicles.
    • \tComplies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules.
    • \t*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
    Job Qualifications

    \tEducation:
    High school diploma or equivalent

    \tExperience:
    At least one year of experience as a restoration technician preferred

    \tLicenses/Certifications:
    Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) preferred
