    Our client, an Am Law 100 firm with a growing West Palm Beach office, seeks a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (5+ years) due to continued practice growth. This role is designed for an associate with hands‑on experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, who is comfortable taking ownership of matters and managing other associates. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate who wants to grow quickly under the mentorship of highly-regarded litigation partners with deep experience in complex commercial matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and mentoring junior associates
    • Assisting with overseeing complex ESI discovery
    • Preparing for and conducting hearings and depositions
    • Drafting substantive motions and other filings in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts

    Qualifications

    • Background from a large law firm or highly‑reputable mid‑sized firm
    • Excellent academic credentials, legal research, writing, and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and client‑service skills
    • Experience with handling large‑scale ESI discovery, intellectual property, and/or probate matters
    • Federal court experience preferred
