South Florida Commercial General Contractor is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Construction Project Manager.
Responsibilities of this position will include, but will not be limited to the following :
Estimating.
Distribution of drawings to subcontractors.
Collecting/submitting
all shop drawings and product approvals.
Maintain records/logs for all RFI's and submittals.
Maintain/update a working set of drawings for the office and field use.
Project management of commercial construction projects.
