Mast Roofing & Construction is calling all selling extraordinaires in the Oley, PA area who can oversee the success of our overall sales process as a full-time Roofing - Construction Sales Manager As part of our management team, your schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, with some evening and Saturday hours as necessary. You can expect to work a 50-55 hour workweek. We provide our Roofing / Construction Sales Manager with a "sky's the limit" earning potential to earn $125k /year that includes a competitive base salary with commissions, team bonus and performance bonus. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A ROOFING / CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER
As a Roofing / Construction Sales Manager, your in-depth knowledge of the best sales techniques and strategies helps you create a superior sales team. You also set an example and ensure that every team member professionally represents our company, is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and has a positive team spirit.
You also help to acquire new leads for your team and follow up with clients in an effort to provide goal-meeting opportunities. As you assist your team in meeting their goals, you build a strong relationship by helping them improve as well as by recognizing their hard work. Thanks to your honest and positive demeanor, you are also able to establish great relationships with foremen, subcontractors, crew members, and clients. Everyone relies on your exceptional leadership talent when it comes to achieving team goals, exceeding client expectations, and driving company revenue through the roof
As you attend company meetings, you work alongside the General Manager with the goal of keeping advertising expenses low as you develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans. Playing such a vital role in our growing company helps you to feel accomplished and proud of the work you do
QUALIFICATIONS OF A ROOFING / CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER
- 5 years or more of sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years as a manager or supervisor
- Capable of physically accessing roofs
- A track record of meeting sales goals and developing successful marketing plans
- You can demonstrate experience in Coaching & Mentoring: Participate in pre-call
planning, post-call debriefing, encouraging consistent follow-ups, and pipeline
management - You can motivate, set goals and objectives for the team, design and manage rep.
compensation plans to foster an environment of winning - You have demonstrated experience building accountability and managing salesperson
activity - You present yourself professionally in all ways and at all times, are accountable and a
consistent self-starter - You must have prior year earnings of at least $75,000
