    Day Kimball Healthcare, the premier non-profit provider of integrated healthcare services in Northeast Connecticut, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our team of patient-centric, primary care physicians and advanced practice professionals, in our well-established multi-specialty practice Day Kimball Medical Group. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

    At Day Kimball Healthcare, you ll be part of an integrated healthcare system with Day Kimball Hospital and Day Kimball Medical Group both being nationally recognized for excellence in clinical care, patient safety and patient experience. Day Kimball Medical Group has achieved Patient Centered Medical Home recognition through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

    Position Highlights:

  • Join a fully established multi-specialty practice with 45 physicians and 20 advanced practice professionals practicing at 15 community-based office locations and the Day Kimball Hospital
  • Primary care specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics
  • Other specialties within the system include Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hospitalists, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, OBGYN, Oncology, Orthopedic Surgery, Urology, and Wound Care
  • The Day Kimball Hospital Emergency Department provides exceptional care with some of the lowest wait times in Connecticut, and is a recognized advanced primary stroke center
  • The on call rotation frequency is 1:6
  • Outstanding base salary with an RVU bonus and sign-on bonus

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Previous experience in Internal Medicine in an out-patient practice highly preferred
  • Ability to obtain CT Medical license and hospital privileges prior to start Community Highlights:
