Position Purpose:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing all communications between our service department and customers.

This will include sending quotes, receiving purchase orders, and ensuring their accuracy against quote repairs, fielding customer questions, ordering parts, managing parts supplier relationships and office duties, such as invoicing, general clerical work, and operating as our front desk receptionist.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Read, analyze, and interpret General Business Periodicals, Professional Journals, Technical Procedures, and Government RegulationsEffectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customersAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with several internal teamsGenerating quotes and receiving purchase ordersEnsuring accuracy against quote repairsPerforming world class customer service with our customersOrdering parts and managing parts with the suppliersOffice clerical duties such as faxing, invoicing, answering calls that are received at the office, ordering office supplies, and acting as a front desk receptionistOther duties as assigned by the managerQualifications & ExperienceEducation and/or

Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required3+ years of industry experience or a related customer service experience preferred.

Previous administrative experience requiredProficient skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsHigh quality organizational skillsThe ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.

The ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers in the communityExcellent verbal and written skillsTeamwork related attitude is requiredPhysical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
