    Title: Contact Center Technician

    Location: Cary, NC (100% Onsite)

    Duration: 3-6 Months Contract -To-Hire

    Rate Range: $20 - $25 per hour on W2

    Job Description:

    • The Contact Center Technician will provides customer facing support to the customers for technical needs using web-based suite of tools and resources.
    • Support client websites, and Client web-based services through telephone, e-mail, and chat.
    • Troubleshoot issues and feedback by existing Users and/or development teams.
    • Interact with customers to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and support.
    • Assist with Feature Updates to Existing Users.
    • Support Deployment of New Reports from Staging to Production environments.
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
    • Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.

    Required Skills:

    • 1-3 years of work experience providing user support services and training for a data tool or technology platform
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to comprehend, research, and summarize information to respond to user questions.
