- Adding two full-time hospitalists.
- Family medicine trained physicians ONLY as they need to see pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Scheduled 15 shifts per month; 7am-7pm
- Night call rotated equally with other physicians. NOT required to remain in-house overnight.
- Additional compensation for night call responsibilities.
- $230,000 first year salary guarantee with $50,000 sign-on bonus, $8,000 relocation assistance and full benefits.
- After first year, shift pay with RVU production and quality incentives.
