- Guiding and coordinating the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of quality management processes and activities.
- Coordinating, managing, monitoring and reporting County, State and Federal requirements (e.g., Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Value Based Payment (VBP) Systems) standards and adherence through data extraction, analysis and compliance.
- Leading and supporting project implementation of new programs, services, or project implementation including ensuring all data reporting elements are in place for reporting and process monitoring needs.
- Effectively leading and facilitating conversations to implement process improvement efforts while also building relationships to ensure collaboration with staff and management.
- Completing supervisory tasks including: coaching, training and the development of designated staff.
- Master's degree required in (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Statistics, or related behavioral health field).
- Experience with process improvement and statistical analysis and the ability to complete descriptive statistics, frequencies, and cross-tabs is required.
- At least two (2) years of experience with data analysis and reporting. This includes cleaning, merging, and manipulating data spreadsheets.
- At least one (2) years experience with process improvement. This includes developing workflows, action plans and leading/facilitating discussions.
- Experience with data collection and research design required.
- Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and as well as G-Suite.
- Experience with Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and write formulas, required.

WHO WE ARE
ReDiscover has been known for over 50 years as a non-profit community mental health center in southeastern Jackson County, Missouri with a mission of delivering efficient and cost-effective treatment for the people we serve. Our diverse team of over 700 employees is "Passionate About People" as we support our community, specifically those whose lives have been affected by a mental illness or substance use.
WHAT WE DO
The Quality Improvement (QI) Department analyzes agency, program, client, and provider level data in order to monitor key outcomes and drive clinical decision making. Data reporting aligns with accreditation, State, County and clinical program compliance and regulation requirements. The QI Department collaborates with agency leaders to identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes and the client experience based on the outcomes data. Various process improvement activities are implemented, supported and monitored by the QI team based on identified opportunities or other agency initiatives.
