Job summary
The Supervisor of HIM oversees and supervises/manages the daily operations of the Health Information Management staff assigned by leading,assigning work ensuring timely completion of work confirming that productivity and quality standards are being met.
- Develops positive customer relationships by displaying professional helpful behaviors as well as mutual respect for patients physicians team members visitors family/significant others.
- Communicates openly honestly following through with assignments behaving in a fair consistent manner supporting teamwork at all levels of the organization.
