- The team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
- The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management and optional OB.
- 115,000 square-foot facility, sitting on a 66-acre campus that includes a mile health walk and meditation garden
