    Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

    Position Summary:
    The Director, FP&A, role at Airtower Networks, is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a central role in shaping the future of an industry leader within a high-growth and dynamic sector. As a key member of the Finance team, you will contribute to the strategic success of an innovative and expanding in-building wireless telecommunications services provider with a national footprint. Airtower's growth is fueled by its partnership with DIF Capital Partners, a prominent infrastructure investment firm. In this position, you will serve as a strategic business partner, providing comprehensive financial support to executive management, business teams, and investors.

    • Hybrid remote with a preference for New York, Washington, D.C., or Atlanta, GA.
    Key responsibilities
    • Lead the implementation of the Company's financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and review of key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall financial health and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with leaders across various departments to understand business needs and drivers, gather relevant information, and support cross functional initiatives.
    • Develop comprehensive regular financial analysis for executive leadership to inform decision making, and implement and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for real-time visibility into financial metrics and other KPIs.
    • Manage the Company's financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and pricing and unit economics analysis to support business development and strategic decision making.
    • Work closely with the executive leadership to prepare for monthly and quarterly Board meetings, including preparation of materials and supplementary analyses for ongoing Board discussions.
    Required Qualifications and Skills
    • Proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role with a background in corporate FP&A, investment banking, accounting, or consulting.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated drive and initiative, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proven track record of managing projects that delivered tangible results.
    • Astute commercial acumen with an understanding of key business drivers and a commitment to continuous learning.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling with prior experience in forecasting and financial analysis; excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required and proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBase, and Hubspot are a plus.
    • Experience with business due diligence and acquisition/combination analysis is a plus.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
