    We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for our product line based in

    Carol Stream, IL.

    This individual will join our dynamic operations team and will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and managing our Orbitalum inventory to maximize on-time delivery to our customers.


    Essential Job Functions:
    Prepare purchase requisition with input and oversight from management
    Track open purchase orders and due dates
    Develop familiarity with our products and part numbers
    Receive shipments and check them for accuracy
    Inspect incoming product for defects
    Modify, combine, and/or separate received product into final product
    Stock products in the warehouse in assigned locations
    Manage warehouse layout for best productivity
    Interface with sales department to provide stock and ship date information
    Interface with shipping/receiving department to communicate part bin locations and coordinate incoming shipments
    Interface with suppliers to resolve product and shipping defects and coordinate shipments
    Additional duties and tasks as assigned
    High School Diploma or GED
    1-2 years' experience with inventory management, purchasing, or shipping/receiving, or other relevant experience
    Aptitude with computers and office software, ability and willingness to learn our in-house software suite
    Strong problem-solving, organization and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
    Ability to work overtime if required
    Detail-oriented


    Physical Demand:
    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    Bending, sitting, squatting, climbing, standing
    Position includes both front-office and warehouse tasks
