    Tellepsen is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator.
    Job Purpose

    As a member of the Tellepsen Business Development & Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in in the "Get Work" side of the business.

    You will be responsible for contributing to the growth of Tellepsen's market presence through marketing and business development initiatives including identifying new business opportunities, market research/analysis, planning, client relationship management (CRM), CRM maintenance and administration, content creation/branding, digital marketing, and industry networking.

    This position requires a versatile individual who possesses a unique blend of marketing expertise and business development experience.

    To excel at this position, you will be self-motivated, results driven, possess a strong proficiency in data entry, extremely detail oriented, passionate about fostering good client relationships externally and promoting positive working relationships internally.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities
    Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities in strategic market sectors.
    Source leads within these markets
    Accurately enter & update sales information and client information into CRM (Salesforce)
    Maintain a high level of data cleanliness and accuracy in the CRM and other software tools.
    Maintain and coordinate calendar of due dates including all RFQ, RFP, Interviews, and other proposals
    Download and distribute all project related information during the bid process.
    Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
    Assist in essential administrative tasks such as managing user accounts, creating reports and dashboards, handling workflows, and other routine assignments
    Help keep track of bid deadlines and deliverables, and assist in reporting as needed
    Daily checks of public bid sites
    Support and participate in business development and networking events as required
    Help with the organization and execution of Tellepsen events, both within the company and in external settings.
    Assistance and implementation of Tellepsen's proprietary TOUCH Program, including Smart Sheets, Excel, Salesforce integration.
    Provide on call support, as needed.
    Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, branding both in print and digital.
    Assist in managing the firm's online presence, including website updates, social media, and email marketing campaigns
    Coordinate and maintain project completion photography.
    Qualifications

    Experience:
    Two-year college degree or equivalent working experience

    Working Requirements :
    Consistent attendance and in office work schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Proficient in utilizing Salesforce and Smartsheet.
    Skilled in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and formulas like VLOOKUP.
    Familiarity with the commercial construction industry is preferred
    Capable of comprehending RFQ/Ps and other bid documents, discerning deadlines, scope, and delivery methods.
