- Follow detailed instructions from rework orders, work manuals, blueprints, and verbal directives.
- Predict and communicate repair timelines in advance, monitor time spent on repairs, and accurately document work using our Online Business system.
- Conduct disassembly and reassembly of various avionics equipment, execute Rework Orders, perform skilled board-level repairs, and replace components ranging from through-hole to ball grid array.
- Conduct basic product and repair assessments, such as Fiber Optics inspection, Circuit Board X-Ray evaluation, and Resistance checks.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, test technicians, and customer service representatives with minimal supervision.
- Efficiently manage multiple repair tasks with limited oversight.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft software tools and experience with MRP systems.
- Maintain certification in soldering techniques.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Two years of experience in the electronics industry
