Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 / year (depending on experience & qualifications with potential for end of year bonus)

Vyper was founded by Dayne and Dylan Rusch in 2020 out of Dayne's 400 sq. ft. apartment. The brothers grew up helping their dad in the garage as he worked on various projects, from building hot-rods to an airplane. While they would help their father, they noticed the major pain points and struggles he would encounter with the cheaply made products he was using. Not only were they cheaply made, but they were very dangerous as well. As the brothers grew older, this problem only became worse with the influx of overseas manufacturing. This did not sit well with the Mid-western valued brothers that loved American manufacturing.

Therefore, they founded Vyper Industrial and hit the ground running with a vision to manufacture American Made garage products and to build thousands of American jobs. They started with the first product, the Vyper Chair, and are moving into many different products as Vyper grows. From growing 110% since last year combined with a vision to take over this industry, the team here at Vyper won't settle for anything less than market domination.

OVERVIEW:

Vyper is seeking a skilled Email + SMS Strategist with a proven track record in marketing. This role involves implementing innovative strategies, overseeing reporting, and driving engagement across email and SMS channels to enhance brand visibility and achieve targeted outcomes. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in messaging across both email and SMS platforms. DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to engage leads, drive conversions, and maximize effectiveness, utilizing Klaviyo for tailored campaigns and automated workflows that align with brand identity
• Design, manage, and optimize all aspects of email campaigns, including creative design, copywriting, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
• Manage the entire email production process, including segmentation, scheduling, and logic for email + SMS campaigns and automation
• Execute and evaluate email reporting on various timelines, providing analysis and recommendations, and collaborate with the creative team to identify trends and recommend strategies
• Stay updated on email and SMS best practices and industry standards to achieve KPIs

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• Associate's Degree in Marketing
• 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing, including managing Email + SMS accounts and providing strategy
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, heavy attention to detail, and flawless execution of tasks
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Relationship management experience
• Experience with Klaviyo preferred

COMPENSATION:

The anticipated pay for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 / year, starting depending on experience & qualifications with potential for end of year bonus.

This role is an exempt position, qualifying for insurance and 401k benefits following 30 days of service and Paid Time Off / Sick Days following 90 days.

Salary at Vyper is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
