- Project manage e-mail marketing programs using the departments Workfront management tool and maintain the e-mail marketing calendar
- Interface with multiple marketing leads, the Sr. Digital & Email Strategist, and email operations team to turn marketing and campaign plans into actionable e-mail marketing programs
- Liaise with campaign operations for the correct set-up of Salesforce campaign records
- Review and QA email briefs, proofs, segment/canvas set-up, and nurture programs
- Monitor and evaluate email with monthly aggregate and campaign results and build into templated reports
- Collaborate with campaign managers and email requesters to ensure email workflows remain on schedule and have all required elements for a successful launch
- Communicate e-mail marketing channel and company best practices
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related course of study
- 2-3 years of experience with e-mail marketing
- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles, bonus if for a SaaS or FinTech company
- Experience working with marketing project management and automation tools (Salesforce, Workfront, Jira) as a user/assignee
- Understanding the capabilities of Eloqua or similar marketing automation program(s) is a plus
- Expertise with email and B2B marketing KPIs
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
