Must Have:
Basic network security
Disaster Recovery

In-depth knowledge and experience with SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.

Proficiency in managing and configuring SharePoint infrastructure, including windows servers, SharePoint farm, databases, and network components (load balancer, firewall, etc.).

Understanding of SharePoint security principles and experience in implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge and experience with network firewall, certificate, and M365 security features
Experience and skill in the SharePoint development framework and in the Power Platform
Ability to design and implement effective backup and recovery strategies for SharePoint environments. Ability to design, implement, maintain, and monitor high-availability SharePoint systems for business-critical services.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, configurations, and integrations.
Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online. Expert in automating tasks and managing SharePoint environments using PowerShell and PnP PowerShell module
