    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic and compassionate team. The LPC will play a crucial role in providing clinical social work services to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and strengths of individuals and families.
    2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
    3. Provide direct therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, groups, and families.
    4. Advocate for clients and collaborate with community resources to ensure access to necessary services.
    5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
    6. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions.
    7. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work and mental health.

    Qualifications:

    1. Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Idaho.
    2. Experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in mental health and substance abuse.
    3. Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
    6. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
