Role Overview

Wing is seeking a Global Site Launch Manager for its Operations team in Palo Alto, CA, or Dallas, TX. This role involves leading the strategic planning and implementation of global site launches in collaboration with internal teams and strategic partners. Your role is crucial in ensuring the success of each launch and introducing Wing effectively in various international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful global deployment of Wing Nests, aligning with customer expectations and partner requirements.
• Manage all aspects of real estate, permits, logistics, inventory verification, and site handovers for Nest deployments.
• Lead a team of experts across multiple disciplines to ensure timely establishment of Wing nests and transition to flight operations and service teams.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure readiness of inventory and equipment for planned deployments.
• Develop and manage program management capabilities for effective tracking and execution of nest deployments.
• Establish Key Business Indicators for efficient tracking, planning, monitoring, and adjustment of Wing Nest Deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in managing large, cross-functional external projects and operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, managing a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven success in program management across multiple regions, involving internal and external stakeholders and logistics teams.
• Experience working directly with external customers and aligning customer needs with internal capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

The full-time position offers a base salary of $160,000 to $240,000 USD plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with further details provided during the hiring process.
