Job Summary
The Clinical Manager II has 24/7 operational responsibility for a minimum of one very large or highly complex department,or a minimum of two (2) nursing departments,
or a minimum of one (1) nursing department plus responsibility
for ongoing hospital-wide program(s) that support global strategic goals.
Includes accountability for the quality of patient care,
/assisting in the development and management of the budget,
/and/or /the orientation,/education /and/or development /the staff.
