    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee small to medium-sized residential construction projects from conception to completion
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and insurance adjusters
    • Maintain project budgets, timelines, and explore options for timely delivery
    • Coordinate with subcontractors to determine project scope, necessary permits, and expectations
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations
    • Review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
    • Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction project management
    • Proven track record of managing residential construction projects from start to finish
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices specific to remodeling and home building
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites regularly
