    Key Responsibilities:

    • Relationship Management: Oversee and nurture the relationship between Impark and Solutions Vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual success.
    • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate the work with Solutions Vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
    • Vendor Procurement: Procure quotes from vendors and manage vendor contracts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of all internal and external solutions, ensuring they meet project objectives.
    • Project Planning: Develop detailed management and communication plans to ensure that project tasks, responsibilities, and timelines are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
    • Internal Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal product team for delivery, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
    • Client and Property Manager Communication: Manage communications with clients and property managers related to solutions, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Customer Onboarding: Onboard and/or transition parking customers during implementation, providing support and training as needed.
    • Contract Compliance: Ensure all contract terms are met and abided by during implementation, including quality standards and timelines.
    • Hypercare Support: Take ownership of all internal and external solutions during the hypercare phase, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
    • Project Cadence Management: Manage the recurring project cadence, including project reviews and status updates, to ensure continuous improvement and project success.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in project management, implementation, vendor management, or sales roles within the parking industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
    • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or PMO certification required
    • Required to accommodate work-related travel with less than one week's notice, making up approximately 50% of the time.
