    We're looking to hire an Adobe Experience Platform Specialist for a financial services client. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging web experiences using various tools such as AEP, AEM, Target, and AA. Your expertise in design, writing, and user experience will be instrumental in creating page components, full pages, and broader experiences that captivate our audience.

    This is a 12-month project opportunity. The role is in Los Angeles and is hybrid. No C2C, 1099 or 3rd party candidates.

    Adobe Experience Platform Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with IT partners to enhance authoring experience, component, and template development, ensuring the delivery of experiences beyond existing capabilities.
    • Administer web configuration tools (e.g., Target, AEP, AEM) to deliver targeted and personalized audience experiences and A/B tests.
    • Coordinate releases and publishing across sites, audiences, journeys, and campaigns.
    • Provide support to distributed authors, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards (e.g., SEO, metadata, branding).
    • Maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager CMS, including site architecture, custom components, and workflow development.
    • Enforce platform standards and processes in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with key build standards and metrics.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and optimize channel processes.
    • Assist in completing work assignments and perform quality checks to verify accuracy.

    Adobe Experience Platform Specialist Requirements:

    • At least 10+ years of experience in web development.
    • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics (AA).
    • Demonstrated initiative in identifying and solving complex issues.
    • Effective planning and management of diverse, multiple teams.
    • Analytical skills in handling areas of high complexity.
    • Sound judgment in resolving complex matters.
    • Ability to collaborate and maintain working relationships inside and outside the organization.
    • Project management across multiple teams or groups.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe creative tools, and analytics.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
    • Knowledge of current and potential policies, practices, trends, and technology affecting the department/business area.
    • Ability to provide cross-functional reports and analysis for program improvement and optimization.
    • Proactively raise concerns to team members or management for further analysis or support.
