We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment.

The position location is near Washington, DC in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon award.
OverviewThe Scrum master will support 1-2 technical teams moving to agile. Responsible for executing the strategic goals of the Department of the Army's Chief Cyber Acquisition Officer.


Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, team standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospect.

Work closely with the projects team lead to identify and remove impediments that are negatively affecting the team's ability to deliver value.

Manage the teams Agile project management tool and ensuring that the teams progress is transparent to all stakeholders/management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an agile environment2+ years' experience running scrum ceremonies and sprint stand-upsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive DoD Secret security clearanceAbility to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the client's requirementsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
