    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Nuclear Hardness and Survivability (NH&S) Analysis Manager 2 . This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.

    The successful candidate will lead the NHS Engineering Analysis team comprised of electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and scientists in the fields of physics and nuclear effects.

    Radiation effects circuit analysis
    Ground shock and thermal effects analysis

    The ability to structure and manage tasks and technical information flows is of primary importance (such a task management, establishment of design review and documentation processes and procedures, budget and schedule tracking, requirements verification planning, etc).

    Experience with personnel development and performance management, including mentoring and development of technical and leadership skills in teams is necessary.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills of the English language are important including the ability to brief task status to high level NGC and Customer leadership.

    Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field of study and at 6 years of experience, Master's Degree and 4 years of experience; PhD in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
    ~ Minimum of 2 years of CAM experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of large government technical statements of work
    ~ At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
    ~1 year of experience in qualification and/or verification testing on large programs
    ~ Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation within the last 6 years

    Minimum of 3 years of formal management experience to include direct reports/performance reviews
    Experience with Nuclear Hardness and Survivability programs
    Active Secret/Top Secret clearance with investigation in the last 6 years
