    Dirigo Physical Therapy and Performance is a leading private practice outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic, specializing in evidence-based, patient-oriented care.

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Performance Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis.

    The ideal candidate will have previous work or clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives.

    At Dirigo Physical Therapy and Performance, we prioritize our patients and strive to provide the highest quality care in a supportive and empowering environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide evidencebased, patientcentered physical therapy services
    • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Implement handson care, strength training, and patient education strategies
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
    • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Physical Therapy License
    • Previous experience or clinical affiliation in outpatient orthopedics
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
