Description: Our client is currently seeking Pharmacy Technicians for their fulfillment center in Pine Brook, NJ

Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Retrieving medication from stock
Counting and packaging orders for pharmacist review
Maintaining work stations with adequate supplies
Removing outdated products from shelves
Assisting with inventory replenishment
Maintaining par levels of pre-packaged auxiliary items
Occasionally reaching out to patients for customer service calls and inquiries on orders shipped

Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday. Candidates must have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (6 am to 2:30 pm). Occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Processing and filling prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification
Packing and shipping completed prescription orders to patients
Maintaining drug inventory and automated dispensing units
Replenishing work station supplies for filling prescriptions (including vials, caps, labels, etc.)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
Current state of New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks

Preferred Qualifications:

Pharmacy/prescription data entry experience
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Previous experience working in a mail order setting
Competency in basic mathematical equations with different forms of measurements, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Proficient computer and organizational skills with a focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
