    Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for identifying, leading, and driving improvements throughout manufacturing centered on safety, compliance, product quality, throughput, and yield.

    The Manufacturing Engineer will work cross functionally to resolve complex issues that impact manufacturing capability in a pharmaceutical environment.
    Analyze existing manufacturing process to identify and implement improvements to increase safety, quality, and cost.
    Manage multidisciplinary teams, leading a project from conception to completion.
    Develop and implement hourly production tracking boards or system.
    Evaluate and provide economic justification of projects.
    Perform engineering analyses and apply problem-solving methods to support new process development and sustaining production. Perform root cause and corrective action on parts and processes that are not in control.
    Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
    Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar required.
    ~3+ years hands on experience implementing process improvements in a medium to high volume manufacturing setting.
    ~ Lean Six Sigma training/experience/certification preferred.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project)

    Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement techniques utilizing engineering methodologies a plus, including, but not limited to Continuous Improvements, Lean Six Sigma, TPS, etc.

    Deep understanding of principles, methodologies, and concepts related to process development, process validation, and continuous improvement.
    Ability to successfully prioritize and manage large projects, deadlines, and tasks while working independently or with a team.
    Knowledge of cGMP plant operations preferred.
