    Chat Bot Business Analyst

    We are seeking a passionate Chat Bot Business Analyst to become a vital part of our Product Development Team. By joining our in-house development team, you will take on the exciting challenge of analyzing and designing scenarios for a B2B chat bot utilizing Node-red. This role offers the flexibility of working on diverse projects, independence to influence development direction, and opportunities for personal growth.

    What You Will Achieve

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and designers to deliver impactful product features.
    • Evaluate potential solutions for technical and business suitability.
    • Work closely with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a smooth integration of technical and user needs.
    • Analyze requirements while defining use cases and functional specifications for the software.
    • Design engaging chat bot scenarios tailored for B2B users.
    • Create and update detailed functional and technical documentation for business processes related to supporting, configuring, and maintaining the solution.
    • Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring traceability and successful validation.
    • Facilitate backlog management when necessary to enhance productivity.
    • Oversee the implementation of testing, gather user feedback, and propose actionable improvements.
    • Select and implement essential tools and technologies to support project objectives.

    Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in creating solution artifacts such as UML, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
    • Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and the role of a Business Analyst within it.
    • Knowledge of web standards, messaging protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), and data formats.
    • Experience with low code engineering and configurations in Node-red.
    • Solid understanding of SDLC concepts and CI/CD principles.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
    • Demonstrated analytical and systemic thinking abilities.
    • Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity as a collaborative team player.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in low code programming.
    • Familiarity with data sources like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL.
    • Knowledge of SOA, DDD, monolith, and design patterns.
    • Experience in designing RESTful APIs and basic mobile development technologies.
    • Background in integration projects.
    • Strong knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
